Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. If you are arriving after 8:00 p.m., please notify us 24 hours before your arrival.
The room must be vacated by noon.
Any late check-out will incur a charge of € 50 per room.
Cancellation policy
Dar Sabri reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to your arrival date. Cancellation conditions and fees 100% of the total reservation.
Non-smoking areas
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house. Someone who smokes in his room will be charged an additional 100 euros.
WiFi
Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the property.
The Wi-Fi code will be communicated to you before your arrival at Dar Sabri
Pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
This will not affect reservations that are already made.
Table d'hôtes
The kitchen is strictly private and is used only by the house staff for the preparation of meals at Dar Sabri. Meals are only taken in the dining room, and therefore neither in your bedrooms or other places of the house.
We do NOT allow customers to bring their food and/or drinks.
Only our dedicated staff is allowed to prepare meals and therefore we ask you to notify us your request min. 24 hours in advance.
Personal data
Some of the data collected during your reservation may be stored on a computer. We want to keep this data after your visit in order to be able to inform you of future offers. If you don't allow us to keep this information, please let us know.
Lost objects
We are happy to return items that have been left after your departure. However, there will be a minimum of 20 euros to pay to cover the postage and packaging costs.
Animals
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at Dar Sabri.
Breakfast
Please indicate your breakfast time upon check-in. Breakfast will be served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Dar Sabri, a real guesthouse
We are a guest house which should not be considered as a house rental.
We have four bedrooms.
The Gold Suite has a queen-size bed, a bathtub, a sink and a private toilet. Maximum occupancy two. About 20m2
The Silver suite has a queen-size bed, a shower, a sink and a private toilet. Maximum occupancy two. About 20m2
The Ebène suite has a queen-size bed, a bathtub, a sink and a private toilet. Maximum occupancy two. About 25m2
The Ymen suite has a queen-size bed, a private shower, sink and toilet. Maximum occupancy two adults and two small children (or one additional adult). About 30m2
Washing and drying
Parking
On-site parking is not possible because we are located in the middle of the Medina. We suggest you park your car on Avenue Habib Bourguiba, near the main entrance to the souks.
Respect for other customers
Customers come and go depending on the nature of their stay. Be careful not to make excessive noise, especially during sleep hours, for example when taking a shower after 11 p.m.
Behavior policy
Dar Sabri reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, a person's stay if this is deemed necessary by unacceptable behavior or following actions likely to endanger or injure others ( please note that this also applies for a person who smokes in their room).
In such circumstances, the customer must pay the amounts due and no refund will be made.
Damage and loss
All customers are responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur to Dar Sabri.
Please take care of our house.
You are responsible for any breakage or damage you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We charge for damage, repairs or missing items.
We cannot accept responsibility for your losses at the scene. Please make sure to lock your room.
If you accidentally bring our keys home, please let us know and post them as soon as possible.
